KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, approach and onboard diverse vendors including construction professionals, technicians, contractors and material suppliers—through local field visits and relationship building.
• Clearly present platform benefits, follow up with prospects, and achieve vendor onboarding targets.
• Use and manage the admin panel to review vendor details, update records and support smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to communicate requirements, share feedback and help improve platform features.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and prepare basic business documentation, including GST-related details and supporting documents.
• Share regular updates on field activities, onboarding progress and vendor feedback with the team.
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–5 years of experience in marketing, field sales, vendor onboarding or business development, senior-level ownership and initiative expected.
• Strong verbal communication in English,Kannada, Hindi with confidence in meeting vendors in person.
• Willingness to travel locally across Bengaluru for vendor meetings and onboarding.
