Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Pre-Owned Cars division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales of pre-owned vehicles. You will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and provide detailed information on available pre-owned vehicles.

• Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls, online platforms, and referrals.

• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations for potential buyers.

• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable vehicle options.

• Negotiate prices and financing options, while maintaining profitability.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Ensure the display area is well-organized and cars are presented professionally.

• Assist customers with the documentation process for vehicle purchase.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.

• Knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and used car market trends.

• Ability to work weekends and extended hours if required.

• Valid driver’s license.

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Compensation & Incentives:
