Develop and manage sales of Bright Bars / Steel products
Handle existing customers and generate new industrial clients
Visit customers, understand their requirements, and close orders
Coordinate with production & dispatch teams for timely deliveries
Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables
Track market prices, competitors, and customer feedback
Prepare basic sales reports and order status updates
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in steel / bright bar / metal industry sales
Field knowledge: Must have understanding of bright bars, grades, sizes, and industrial applications
Existing customer network will be a big advantage
Good communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable with field sales + office coordination
Local candidates from Faridabad / NCR preferred
Salary: As per experience
Incentives/Commission on sales (performance-based)
