Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our travel services, generate leads, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for selling domestic and international tour packages, handling customer inquiries, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate customers.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
Assist in social media marketing and promotional campaigns.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or travel industry (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
