Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Indore (on-site only)

Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and connect with potential clients, build strong business relationships

• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and outreach strategies

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to align client goals

• Maintain and grow brand presence on digital platforms and assist in social media strategy

• Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and customer insights gathering

• Create pitch decks, proposals, and assist in client presentations

• Track leads, manage follow-ups, and update CRM regularly

• Support leadership in scaling business development efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 6months of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and client relationship building

• Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media

• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace

• Strategic thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
