We are seeking a results-driven and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Executive. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively cold-call potential leads and schedule them for webinars or discovery calls.
Identify and approach prospective clients to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
Effectively present and promote our products or services to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Continuously review and refine sales pitches for maximum effectiveness.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Job Requirements:
Does not practice pushy and tricky sales techniques.
Should have some basic interest in mental health.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing or Sales.
Minimum 6 months of relevant sales or business development experience.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus.
