Key responsibilities of an inside sales CRM role:

 

Lead generation and qualification:

Identifying potential customers through various channels, reaching out to them through cold calls and emails, and qualifying leads based on their needs and buying potential.

 

Customer relationship building:

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing concerns.

 

Sales pipeline management:

Utilizing the CRM system to track sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

 

Product demonstrations and presentations:
