Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and manage sales of our medical and hospital equipment.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations, coordinating with dealers/distributors, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the healthcare/medical equipment sector.

• Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, laboratories, dealers and distributors to generate business.

• Promote and demonstrate the company's medical equipment and products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital purchase departments, biomedical engineers, doctors, administrators and procurement teams.

• Generate leads through tenders, field visits, telephone calls, email, LinkedIn and other marketing channels.

• Prepare and submit quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.

• Coordinate with the production, technical and dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.

• Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables where required.

• Identify and develop dealers/distributors in assigned territories.

• Track competitors, market prices and new products.

• Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences and trade shows.

• Assist in government/institutional tenders and procurement opportunities.

• Maintain customer records, sales reports and follow-up schedules.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate

• Graduate in BBA/MBA/Marketing/Sales/Commerce/Science or a related field.

• Experience in GeM,medical equipment, hospital equipment, pharma, healthcare or B2B sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.

• Comfortable with field sales and travelling.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel, email and CRM.

• Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
