We are looking for Assistant General Manager Of Sales and Marketing Depertment

Industry- Transmission and Distribution

Experience- 10- 15 years

Key Responsibilities-

• Conduct domestic market research and competitor analysis in the transmission line hardware segment

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Identify and build strong relationships with EPC clients & strstegic partners

• Drive sales growth and mange end to end client interaction including tenders and proposals

• Lead and manage the sales/ marketing team, ensuring performance and development

• Submit regular replorts to management and ensure complience with company policies

Skills-

• CRM & Ms.office proficiency

• B2B Sales and client relationship management

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Team leadership & performace tracking

• Decision Making skill

Qualification-

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

2. MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales/ Marketing is preferred
