With strong partnerships across 30+ premier destinations and two, company-owned, established retail outlets, we collaborate closely with government entities, tourism boards, and park authorities to deliver innovative merchandise that enhances visitor experiences.

Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executives to help us drive growth in the wildlife tourism sector. The candidate would be responsible for building long-term relationships with government officials and tourism stakeholders, and generating orders on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management : Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with government tourism officers, wildlife park authorities, and key stakeholders.

Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand merchandise sales across various wildlife tourism destinations.

Client Consultation & Travel: Conduct regular travel to client locations to assess requirements, propose tailored merchandise solutions, and ensure a consistent supply chain.

Representation : Act as the face of Hot Stuffs Pvt Ltd at official meetings, tourism events, and national exhibitions.

Internal Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery and high-quality assurance for all customers.

Strategic Growth: Actively contribute to long-term business expansion and strategic initiatives to increase brand presence.

Candidate Requirements

Proven Experience : Strong background in Sales or Business Development, ideally within the tourism, handloom, or government sectors.

Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with high-level government officials.

Mobility : Must be willing to travel extensively to various wildlife parks and remote tourism hubs across India.

Computer Skills: Proficient in making presentations, excel sheets, writing emails, basic understanding of social media, etc.

Self-Driven : A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious growth targets.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to understand market trends and translate them into viable merchandise solutions.
