Handle B2C client calling (existing & new leads) for holiday packages.
Promote domestic & international tour packages and convert leads into bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
Coordinate with operations for smooth booking execution.
Perform back-office operations including quotations, bookings, follow-ups, and documentation.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and daily call logs.
Experience in tour & travel sales (B2B/B2C) preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with client meetings and telecalling.
Computer literate (Email, Excel, CRM, booking portals).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet targets.
Knowledge of holiday packages, destinations, and travel processes is an advantage.
Candidate from Tour & Travel industry.
