The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales and building strong customer relationships to achieve company targets. The role includes identifying new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting company products or services effectively. The Sales Representative conducts market visits, explains product features, negotiates prices, and closes sales deals.
Key responsibilities include meeting monthly and yearly sales targets, preparing sales reports, collecting payments, handling customer queries, and coordinating with the operations or warehouse team for timely delivery. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and expanding the company’s customer base.
The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a target-oriented mindset, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work independently. Previous sales experience is preferred.
