Job Description

SLS Shipping Logistics Export & Import is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by building strong B2B connections, pitching our logistics services, and expanding our client base across the export-import sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Utilize company-provided databases to make cold calls and initiate contact with potential B2B clients.

• Service Pitching & Demos: Schedule and conduct demos/meetings to explain our logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding solutions.

• Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up with prospects, handle inquiries, and convert leads into active corporate accounts.

• Market Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of supply chain flows to match client requirements with our service offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with relevant domain exposure or internships are encouraged to apply).

• Industry Domain: Hands-on exposure or solid understanding of at least one area:

  • Freight Forwarding

  • Shipping Lines

  • Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Custom Brokerage / Customs Clearance

• Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Tamil and English (Required)

  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Telugu, Kannada) is an added advantage.

• Core Competencies: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, cold-calling confidence, and target-driven mindset.
