Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Business Expert to drive client acquisition, build strong business relationships, and position our solutions effectively in the market. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and establishing long-term partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Client Acquisition
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
• Conduct outreach via cold calling, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals
• Pitch the firm’s services (compliance, taxation, strategic consulting, etc.) to potential clients
• Convert qualified leads into long-term clients
• Client Relationship Management
• Understand client business models and propose tailored solutions
• Build trust-based, value-driven relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
• Serve as a point of contact for client queries and maintain high client satisfaction
• Market Research & Strategy
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings
• Identify emerging client needs and recommend service enhancements
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Coordinate with the service delivery, CA, and legal teams for solution alignment
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
• Report on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 0–1 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development (preferably in consulting, SaaS, or financial services)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record in lead generation and revenue closure
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach strategies
