We are seeking a dynamic and driven person to join our team, focused on the Sales and Marketing of
our CME courses. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales, marketing, and the
healthcare education space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales of CME Courses: Promote and sell our Continuing Medical Education (CME) courses to
healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health workers, both through
online channels and in-person meetings.
• Client Interaction: Conduct face-to-face meetings with doctors, medical institutions, clinics, and
healthcare organizations to present and sell our CME offerings.
• Market Research: Understand the healthcare landscape, competitor offerings, and emerging
trends in medical education to inform sales strategies and improve product offerings.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product
demonstrations to potential clients.
• Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing department to develop
sales materials, campaigns, and promotional activities that align with business objectives.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or education
sector. Previous experience in selling educational courses or medical products is a plus. However,
Freshers with a strong interest and passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability
to build rapport and engage clients effectively.
• Convincing & Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade and influence decision-makers, with strong
negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated & Results-Oriented: Highly driven individual with a passion for sales and
achieving targets. Must be goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
• In-Person Sales: Meeting clients and prospects in person, including traveling to healthcare
institutions, clinics, and hospitals when necessary.
