We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Peps Mattress Experience Center. This is not a typical desk job—it is a 360-degree role where you will learn retail sales, B2B sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and social media engagement.
You will work directly with the business owners, offering a unique opportunity to be mentored and grow fast.
1. Experience Center & Inside Sales:
Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers, explain the features of Peps Mattresses and accessories, and guide them to the right purchase.
Tele-calling: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to leads. Convince potential customers and schedule visits.
CRM & Admin: Update customer data in Excel/CRM, manage invoicing, and create daily sales reports for management.
Social Media: Create posts, manage updates, and engage with customers on our social media handles to drive traffic.
2. Field Sales & Support:
B2B Outreach: Visit Hotels, PGs, Service Apartments, Architects, and Builders to generate bulk orders and corporate sales.
Customer Visits: Visit client locations to take accurate mattress measurements and finalize orders.
Marketing Activities: Organize stalls at Metro stations or apartments. Coordinate with local authorities to get permissions for banners/posters and oversee brochure distribution.
This role offers a great balance between office comfort and field excitement:
6 Days Working per week.
Weekly Off: Rotational (collaborated with the team).
Typical Week Split:
3 Days: Field Work (Marketing/B2B Visits).
2 Days: Office/Showroom Work.
1 Day: Flexible (Field or Office based on requirement).
Attitude: You must be hungry to learn and willing to execute new ideas.
Mobility: Ability to travel locally is a must (Two-wheeler preferred).
Communication: Good verbal communication skills (English + Kannada/Hindi preferred).
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Excel and Social Media is a plus.
Direct Mentorship: Opportunity to work directly with the business owners and learn various aspects of business.
