Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling Citywitty Privilege Cards, acquiring new customers, onboarding merchant partners, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads, approach prospects, and convert them into Citywitty Privilege Card holders.
Develop strong relationships with customers to promote referrals and repeat business.
Approach local businesses/merchants for partnerships and onboard them onto the Citywitty platform.
Deliver clear product presentations, highlighting the benefits of the card for users and merchants.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management for improving services.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.
Actively participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate (12th pass candidates with good sales experience can also apply).
Proven experience in direct sales/field sales/retail sales preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software will be an added advantage.
