Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team Ganpati Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd. (Recent Foods). This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation

  Identify and generate new business leads across assigned

  markets.

  Distributor Onboarding

  Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors/dealers for

  company products.

  ✓

  Market Expansion

  Develop new territories and expand the company's distribution

  network.

  ✓

  Channel Development

  Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and

  channel partners.

  ✓

  Sales Growth

  Drive product sales through newly onboarded distributors and

  channel partners.

  ✓

  Market Mapping

  Identify potential markets, distributors, wholesalers, and retail

  opportunities.

  ✓

  Business Development

  Present company products, margins, schemes, and business

  opportunities to partners.

  ✓

  Lead Conversion

  Follow up with prospective partners and convert qualified leads

  into active distributors.

  ✓

  Market Visits

  Conduct regular field visits to understand market potential,

  requirements, and pricing.

  ✓

  Reporting & Tracking

  Maintain lead, distributor, market-visit, and sales activity

  records.

  ✓

  Target Achievement

  Meet monthly targets related to lead generation, onboarding,

  and sales.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Business Development, Lead Conversion, Channel Development, Market Expansion ,field sales, SCM is an added advantage.
