Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and networking.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, industrial clients, dealers, and distributors.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable valves, fittings, and related industrial products.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up to close sales orders.

• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and lead status using CRM or ERP systems.

• Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

• Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in valves, pipe fittings, pumps, or engineering products.

• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in industrial sales may also apply.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of industrial valves, pipe fittings, flanges, and piping systems.

• Ability to read technical specifications and customer enquiries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with CRM/ERP software is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer meetings.
