Job Description

We are looking for a confident, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for real estate project.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete sales journey from enquiry → walk-in → site visit → follow-up → negotiation → booking

Handle walk-in customers and conduct project/site presentations

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and meetings

Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Coordinate with brokers and channel partners

Generate new leads through referrals, events and exhibitions

Maintain CRM and lead/booking records

Track competitor projects, pricing, offers and inventory

Handle existing customer queries and payment follow-ups

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of sales experience; real estate/developer-side sales preferred

Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills

Target-oriented and excellent at follow-ups

Comfortable dealing with premium residential customers

Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM

Hindi – Fluent | English – Good/Fluent | Gujarati – Basic+
