Job Description

Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the electrical industry.Client Management: Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Sales Process: Preparing proposals, calculating quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.Technical Support: Delivering product presentations, demonstrating capabilities, and providing technical education to clients.Market Analysis: Attending trade shows and monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.Key Qualifications and SkillsTechnical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical products, systems, and components.Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, with strong negotiation and closing abilities.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for presenting and relationship management.Education: A high school diploma, or a bachelor’s degree in business or electrical engineering, depending on the complexity of the products.Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Typical Qualifications & BackgroundSome roles require a degree in electrical engineering, particularly for technical sales positions.Experience in the electrical industry (e.g., as an electrician or junior sales) is often required.The role may require travel to visit client sites
