We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in IMT Manesar. The role involves driving sales of EV charging solutions (AC & DC chargers), developing strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth in the rapidly expanding electric mobility sector.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in automotive OEMs, fleet operators, real estate, commercial complexes, and government tenders.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
Sales & Client Engagement
Present and explain product offerings (AC chargers, DC fast chargers, software solutions) to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions.
Handle negotiations, quotations, and closing of sales orders.
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, service) to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Provide feedback to management for product improvements and market strategy.
Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (EV industry, electrical equipment, or renewable energy preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel across NCR/India for client meetings.
Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, electrical products, or renewable energy will be an advantage.
