Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, referrals, and networking.

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase market share and revenue.

Handle and monitor customer sales and marketing enquiries, ensuring prompt responses and effective follow-up.

Generate qualified enquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales orders.

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets.

Promote existing and new products through customer presentations, demonstrations, and marketing initiatives.

Identify new industries and business segments to establish the company's products as OEM solutions.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Analyse sales performance and assist in preparing sales forecasts and annual sales targets.

Prepare periodic sales reports and provide updates to management on sales performance and market developments.

Preferred Qualifications

BE. MECH

5–11 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development, preferably in industrial products, manufacturing, or OEM sales.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
