Sales Associate – Boutique Silver Jewelry

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our boutique team. As one of the key representatives of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and upholding our brand values across every client interaction—both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth while assisting customers in-store, understanding their preferences, and guiding them to the perfect purchase.

• Conduct one-on-one video consultations for remote clients, showcasing jewelry collections and answering product queries.

• Manage customer communication on WhatsApp and social media, responding promptly to inquiries, pricing requests, and order updates.

• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience that encourages repeat business.

• Take ownership of daily store operations, including inventory, product displays, and maintaining an organized, welcoming boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi and Gujrati

• Previous experience in retail sales, jewelry, or customer service is preferred.

• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for WhatsApp Business, video calls, and sharing product images.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and confident in taking responsibility with minimal supervision.

• Well-groomed, personable, and passionate about handcrafted silver jewelry and creating meaningful customer experiences.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
