Terms and Conditions
1) Probation period: 3 months, Company can ask anytime to leave within this period.
2) In case of absconding before 30 days:
3) Marketing profile should be face to face meeting attend.
4) Salary will be distributed on 15th of every month for the last month (01st to 30th).
5) No Target Achieved: Half Salary and Half Conveyance
6) 6 days working, Sunday is fixed off.
7) 1 planned/unplanned leave is allowed in a month – No deduction
8) More than 1 leave – There is deduction as per below rule.
a) If its Planned (Informed well in advance, i.e. inform 1 day before atleast): Normal Deduction
b) If its Unplanned (Not informed in advance or Informed on same day): 2 days Deduction for 1 day leave.
