Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented individuals to join our Corporate Gifting Sales team as Regional Account Managers. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities for corporate gifting solutions. • Reach out to potential corporate clients through calls, emails, networking, and meetings. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting products and solutions. • Prepare proposals and quotations under the guidance of senior team members. • Assist in price negotiations and support deal closures. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. • Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, operations, and dispatch to ensure timely order execution. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication. • Willingness to learn sales processes and client management. • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
