Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and energetic Tele calling Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and generating sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records in CRM/database.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.

• Work closely with the sales/marketing team for lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate.

• Prior tele calling/telemarketing/sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply).

• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].

• Persuasive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
