• Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and performance of high-end audio and video products (home theaters, projectors, speakers, automation systems, etc.).

• Prepare and present customized solutions and quotations.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with installation/service teams for smooth order execution and after-sales support.

• Maintain showroom display standards and keep product knowledge up to date.

• Record leads, inquiries, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
