We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Event Management team. If you enjoy sales, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in the events industry, this role is a great fit for you.
Generate new business leads and convert them into clients
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution
Support event planning and on-ground coordination when required
0–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
Experience in Event Management will be an added advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, target-driven, and proactive attitude
Basic understanding of the events industry
Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Salary will be offered as per current CTC / last drawn salary with a budgeted hike
