Learning & Support Activities

Observe senior sales executives during meetings and negotiations

Learn basic negotiation and selling techniques

Understand sales processes, documentation, and billing procedures

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily call or visit reports

Update customer details and lead status in CRM or Excel

Report sales progress and feedback to the management
