Sales & Lead Handling
Learn about the company’s products or services thoroughly
Contact potential customers through calls, emails, or field visits
Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
Follow up on leads provided by the company
Assist in closing sales under the guidance of senior team members
Customer Interaction
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
Build basic relationships with new and existing customers
Handle customer queries and pass complex issues to seniors
Learning & Support Activities
Observe senior sales executives during meetings and negotiations
Learn basic negotiation and selling techniques
Understand sales processes, documentation, and billing procedures
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily call or visit reports
Update customer details and lead status in CRM or Excel
Report sales progress and feedback to the management
