
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Namo Gange Wellness Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will work on selling stall spaces to exhibitors for our upcoming event, Organic Expo – India’s Greenest Marketplace.
This is a target-based position with strong growth opportunities for candidates who excel in B2B sales and event industry relations.
Generate leads for stall space sales through cold calling, networking, field visits, and database outreach.
Approach brands, startups, manufacturers, and retailers relevant to the organic, wellness, health, lifestyle, and sustainable living sectors.
Present the event details, exhibitor benefits, and stall options to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets assigned by the company.
Handle follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and close exhibitor bookings.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, meetings, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team for invoicing, documentation, and confirmations.
Support the marketing team during promotional activities and pre-event outreach.
Provide regular updates, sales reports, and feedback on market trends.
Minimum education: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 1 to 4 years in sales (B2B sales/exhibition sales preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Should be comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and AI tools.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client interactions when required.
Candidates with experience in exhibitions, event sales, stall space selling, sponsorship sales, or corporate sales will be given preference.
