Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and connect with potential clients.

• Understand customers’ property requirements and suggest suitable properties.

• Handle client calls, follow-ups and property inquiries.

• Arrange property site visits and coordinate with customers.

• Build strong client relationships and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client records.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.

## 2. Job Profile: Sales Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: Experienced Candidates Preferred

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.

• Develop strategies to generate property sales and new business.

• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.

• Manage important clients, negotiations and deal closures.

• Train team members on lead management and client handling.

• Track daily sales activities, follow-ups and team performance.

• Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience in sales team management preferred.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to manage targets and team performance.
