Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive (FSE) is responsible for generating sales, meeting potential customers, and ensuring smooth onboarding and service delivery at the field level. The role involves direct customer interaction, data collection, lead conversion, and coordination with internal teams to ensure targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Activities
Identify and visit potential customers within assigned areas.
Promote company products/services and explain offerings clearly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Documentation & Verification
Collect and verify customer KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).
Submit daily reports, visit details, and lead status updates to the manager.
Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with tele-sales, operations, and service teams for closures.
Report daily field activity, visits, and conversions to the reporting manager.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during fieldwork.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Follow company sales process, ethics, and compliance policies.
Ensure data collection and sharing are done as per Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) guidelines.

Knowledge of local geography and customer base
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–3 years in Field Sales / Direct Sales / Marketing
Language: Proficiency in local language & basic English
Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Smartphone for field reporting
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
Travel/Fuel Allowance as per company policy
Working Conditions:
Field-based role with daily local travel
6-day working (Sunday off or as per company schedule)
