Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecalling & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting dealers, distributors, retailers, builders, architects, and OEM clients, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and business partners.
Generate new leads and maintain customer relationships.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers effectively.
Follow up on inquiries and close sales.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for smooth order processing.
Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide after-sales support when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Experience in telecalling, sales, marketing, or customer support is preferred.
Knowledge of kitchen appliances or home appliance industry is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is preferred.
