Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager for our interior design company Create Space Interior, who can generate offline leads, convert them into successful closures, and help scale overall sales revenue.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Generate offline leads through site visits, referrals, brokers, builders & societies
Meet clients personally and convert leads into confirmed projects
Coordinate with design & execution teams for smooth project closure
Build strong relationships with property dealers, RWAs & vendors
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain follow-ups, client data, and sales reports

🎯 Requirements:

Experience in Interior / Real Estate / Construction sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Field sales & client handling experience is mandatory
Ability to close high-value interior projects
Self-driven, target-focused & professional attitude
