Key Responsibilities-
Drive B2B pharmaceutical sales through hospitals, institutions, and distributors
Focus on client retention and relationship management
Deliver impactful product presentations to doctors, hospital purchase teams, and distributors
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and closures
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and convincing ability

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Pharmaceutical B2B Sales
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Pharm / B.Sc / Life Sciences preferred)
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
