We are looking for an Offline Sales Executive to join our team at chengavi Naturals. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹60,000 - ₹75,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct brand training and product education for therapists and spa teams.
Identify and onboard Korean and ayurvedic products into multi-brand retail outlets, beauty stores, and Ayurvedic wellness chains.
Onboard Korean and ayurvedic products in premium spas, resorts, and wellness centres.
Plan and execute in-store promotions, product displays, kiosks, sampling, and trial campaigns.
Track competition, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
Submit regular reports on store performance, sales, inventory status, and activation results.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 3 - 5 years of experience in beauty/ wellness/personal care segment. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills,Sales,Onboarding,Distribution is an added advantage.
