Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for executing routine operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining process quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations and process transactions accurately and timely.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update documentation when needed.

• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.

• Communicate with internal/external clients to resolve queries.

• Maintain proper records of tasks completed and escalate issues when necessary.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve efficiency.

• Suggest improvements in processes for better performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 0-2 years of experience in process or operations roles (freshers can apply).

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Basic computer knowledge – MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications (optional):

• Prior experience in BPO/KPO/shared services/operations role.

• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.

• Flexible to work in shifts (if required)
