Bramharaj Group is looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting follow-ups and assisting customers throughout the sales process. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Generate new leads through calls, references, networking and other sources.
· Handle customer enquiries and understand customer requirements.
· Explain company projects, property specifications, pricing and offers to prospective customers.
· Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
· Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and site visits.
· Conduct site visits and present project details professionally.
· Maintain regular follow-up with leads and update lead status.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
· Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
· Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, etc.)
· 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Telecalling, Customer Service or Business Development preferred.
· Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
· Confident personality and positive attitude.
· Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
· Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
