Bhavya SpaceOptima LLP (Channel partner to Godrej) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the industrial storage, warehouse automation, and material handling sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
Identify customer requirements for warehouse storage, pallet racking, shelving, mezzanine floors, automation, and space optimization solutions.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand operational requirements.
Coordinate with the design and engineering team for preparation of layouts and technical proposals.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and negotiate contracts.
Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, architects, logistics companies, and industrial clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with project, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to generate business leads.
