Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at at Barya Hr Services. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for our product range.

   Identify and build relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and

  dealers.

   Handle B2B and B2C inquiries from lead generation to conversion.

   Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.

   Manage digital and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns,

  exhibitions, and brand promotions.

   Maintain and expand client database and update CRM records regularly.

   Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of

  projects.

   Track performance metrics and report on sales and marketing activities.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
