Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join VLH Bansal Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Karnal.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads, visiting potential customers, promoting commercial vehicles, maintaining customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, references and local market activities.

• Visit customers, businesses and potential clients to generate sales.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Follow up with leads, quotations and prospective customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain records of customer visits, leads and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the dealership and finance team for order processing.

• Support local marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• 1–6+ years of experience in Field Sales, Automobile Sales or Marketing.

• Automobile/Commercial Vehicle dealership experience will be preferred.

• Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable with field work and local travel.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Location: Sector-39, Karnal, Haryana
