About the ProjectAssotech Windsor LLP has been awarded the development of 576 LIG & MIG flats under PMAY AHP Phase 1 in Katni, MP. Approvals are in place, sample flat and site office are ready, and sales are scheduled to begin in October 2025.
We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales Manager to lead the sales launch and drive customer acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end flat sales for our LIG & MIG housing project (₹26–33 Lakh range).
Manage and motivate a network of local brokers/agents across Katni, Jabalpur, Satna, and nearby cities.
Organize site visits, customer walkthroughs, and booking events at the sample flat.
Run sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team (digital ads, hoardings, WhatsApp promotions).
Coordinate with banks (SBI, HDFC, LIC Housing, etc.) to facilitate home loans and PMAY subsidy approvals for customers.
Maintain sales pipeline, track leads, and report daily progress to management.
Requirements3+ years of experience in real estate sales (residential preferred).
Strong local market knowledge of Katni, Jabalpur, or nearby regions.
Proven ability to close deals and manage brokers.
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Comfortable working on-site at the project location.
What We OfferFixed Salary: ₹18,000-25,000 (based on experience).
