We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the steel or related industrial sector or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets by promoting our range of steel products to distributors, fabricators, contractors and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers in target markets such as construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, and fabrication.
Manage and grow business with existing clients through regular follow-ups, relationship management, and value-added solutions.
Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms to close profitable deals.
Maintain strong product knowledge of steel grades, specifications and applications.
Coordinate with the production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing to support management in strategy formulation.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts and performance reviews.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to build professional networks and brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Civil Engineering, Business Administration, MBA.
3–4 years of sales experience in the steel industry or related industrial product sales.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Salary
· 30,000 to 40,000 per month, Male preferred
Timings
· 9:30 am to 7 pm
