Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail IT Training Sales

  • Counsel students and working professionals for IT courses (Java, .Net, Cloud, Mainframe, Cybersecurity, Data Science, AI, etc.)

  • Handle inbound & outbound leads from digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, and campaigns

  • Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable training programs

  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

  • Conduct follow-ups, demos, and career guidance sessions

  • Maintain accurate data in CRM / lead trackers Corporate Training & B2B Sales

  • Assist in identifying and approaching corporate clients, colleges, and institutions

  • Coordinate with corporate HR, L&D teams, and decision-makers

  • Support proposal creation, training schedules, and commercial discussions

  • Follow up on corporate leads and close training requirements

  • assist in building long-term client relationships Marketing & Promotions

  • support execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, seminars, and workshops

  • Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead quality improvement

  • Participate in college visits, job fairs, and corporate meets

  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights
