Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team at the showroom. You will be the face of Framebazaar—assisting walk-in clients, understanding their needs, recommending the right framing solutions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand client requirements and guide them with framing suggestions.
Build rapport with walk-in clients and maintain lasting relationships.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for client orders.
Upsell products and maintain showroom aesthetics.
Support marketing initiatives like exhibitions, collaborations, and events.
Maintain basic documentation of leads, enquiries, and sales.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Well-groomed with a warm and professional demeanor.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
Interest in art, design, or interiors is a plus.
Tech-savvy enough to use basic CRM tools or showroom software.
Willingness to work weekends (weekly offs on weekdays).
Age below 40 years.
