We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive with a strong understanding of structural elements used in prefabricated cabins, containers, kiosks, and portable offices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, engaging with potential clients, providing product recommendations, and closing B2B sales in construction, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the prefabrication and modular construction space
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site inspections as required
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable cabin/container models based on technical feasibility
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and drawings in coordination with the design team
Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and terms, and successfully close sales orders/projects
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, contractors, project managers, and architects
Provide basic technical support and clarification regarding structure, material, and design
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, design) to ensure smooth project execution
Report daily/weekly progress and sales forecasts to the reporting manager
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in modular buildings, containers, or prefabricated cabins
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (preferred, not mandatory)
Basic structural understanding of container-based/modular structures is required
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets or closing B2B projects
Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and site visits
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
Sales exposure in construction, infrastructure, fabrication, or industrial sectors
Experience dealing with site offices, security cabins, kiosks, and customized container units
Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
Salary: Based on experience + Incentives
