Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential construction (apartments, villas, gated communities, etc.).

• Generate leads, manage client meetings, and close deals independently.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project bids in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

• Participate in marketing activities, networking events, and trade shows to promote company services.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in business development or sales within construction/residential projects.

• Strong network in the real estate and construction domain.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Strategic thinking with strong market awareness.

Languages:

Must be fluent in English and Hindi.

Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
