Sales & Marketing Executive

we are looking for a sales executive to join our team at Allied Enviro engineering, industry water & Wastewater Treatment Plant, solid waste management & spare parts.

Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation

- Identify and develop potential customers through cold calling, emails, social media, online platforms, and networking activities.

- Maintain and regularly update a database of prospects and leads.

Customer Communication

- Contact potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Sales Conversion

- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.

- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve business targets.

Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Target Achievement

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.

- Submit periodic sales activity and performance reports.

Documentation & Reporting

- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and order status.

Market Research

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.

- Provide market feedback to management for business growth.

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.

- Self-motivated with excellent time-management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
