Sales Executive – Student Recruitment
UConnect International is looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented, and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating student enquiries, counselling prospective students, building strong relationships with students and their families, and achieving student recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new student leads through calls, social media, referrals, events, and other channels.
Contact prospective students and understand their study-abroad requirements.
Explain suitable study destinations, universities, colleges, and courses to students.
Guide students through the initial stages of the admission process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications.
Conduct counselling sessions and deliver presentations to students.
Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and applications.
Stay updated on study-abroad trends, university programs, admission requirements, and competitor activities.
Collect student feedback and share relevant information with the management team.
Prepare regular reports on enquiries, applications, conversions, and enrolments.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in sales, student recruitment, education consultancy, or business development preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
Confident and professional communication with students and parents.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into student applications.
Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools.
Experience in the study-abroad/education sector will be an advantage.
